a very baffled baker

I decided that I would, after much um-ing and er-ing, make a blog for my baking adventures.
So I bring you, Baffled Baking!

I introduce my adventures with sandwich cookies: Chocolate with mint buttercream.

Most of all, I like baking for other people, so for my friend Becca I decided to make sandwich cookies with the colours from Star Trek uniforms. Because I can, and we're both Star Trek lovers and proud~~ I have plans to make some similar but better, but we'll see if I can work out how to actually make them.
